This is a conflict with Bootstrap. There are some previous threads that explain how to solve this.
@cameron, thank you for the info!
Thank you @cameron.
This is what I found, I have not tried it.

Hello Cameron,
I’ve found the issue for the preview and download button not working, once again it is a style conflict
.dropdown-menu,
.sub-menu
{
position: absolute;
z-index: 999;
left: -999em;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
list-style: none;
}
Removing those lines makes the menu work.

There is more, just in case you need it.
What is the name of the file to modify?
I looked through the two that he listed in the thread.
I was mistaken – my PDFs are downloadable. No Preview. Not a bid deal.
I’ve removed various code from the CSS styles (can’t find any that looks like the code from Bhaldie.
Has anyone found the fix for this? Where did you edit? What files?
Did you solve your issue?
I have added the piece of code to the functions.php however this causes other problems (preview shows behind menu bar, add new document doesn’t work etc.)
When i delete the bootstrap files, the website loses its nav bar formatting.
Have you sorted a fix?
resolved in version 3.0.13
It was working, the plugin auto-updated and now it doesn’t work again following the update.
Can’t download or anything now.

how did you fix your issue before, I have forgotten?
We commented out the code in the functions, this then allowed the popup menu to display.
Try that again, version 3.0.15 will have a setting that will allow you to turn bootstrap off.
Stay tuned.
Commenting out the bootstrap code again makes it work again. Just to make you aware.
thanks for the report, as stated above there will be a setting in version 3.0.15 that will allow you to disable bootstrap 🙂
