# Documents not importing

 * The **Aspose.Words Import and Export Word Documents plugin** (v6.3.1) currently
   does not import any documents. Instead, the process either stalls or results 
   in an empty document block.
 * **Tests Conducted:**
    - Tested on **WordPress 6.8.1** and **WordPress 6.7.2**
    - Evaluated on **multiple PHP versions** (7.4 to 8.4)
    - Checked across **two different hosting providers**
    - Used a **previously functional document** for comparison
    - Tested on both **Block Editor** and **Classic Editor**
 * Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggested workarounds?
