# Documents not attaching

 * Hi there,
 * I have an issue at the moment, whereby the form submits all the information, 
   but documents submitted don’t seem to be attaching to the email.
 * Would you be able to advise what may be causing this?
 * The form looks fine and it’s possible to upload an attachment. It just doesn’t
   seem to send following submission of the form.

 * Hi there,
 * I seem to have solved the issue. It seems the attachment name got changed, but
   not updated internally. So seems to be working following the update.
