Support » Theme: iFeature » Documentation is light, but you can pay more help

  • I have never left a negative review like this. But this really irritates me. Great theme in many ways, but I have other Free Themes that provide more documentation and assistance than Cyberchimps. I purchased the iFeaturePro5. I wanted to take advantage of the Custom CSS feature, so I asked for the CSS identifiers. I was told this information was only available if I purchased the Plus plan. The “guides” are almost worthless. There are only two. Responsive and Cybershimps Framework. Which one is for iFeaturePro5? And they are really a bunch of Blog Post. Goodluck finding what you need.

they refer to the Forum for most answers. But from what I can find, they will give you specific answers to what yo are specifically trying to do. So you have to ask for every thing you are trying to accomplish. Why isn’t this information readily available?

So you can pay for a Pro theme but they won’t tell you how to use it unless you signup to pay $9 a month? No we see why the information is not readily available.

You get one free month, but it is not clear if you will be charged right away or not. Your total is $9 per month plus one free month. What does this mean? Will I be charged $0, $9, $99 (11 months). And I’m going to give you my credit card?
