Documentation for TabNavigationBar

In one of the examples (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/representing-custom-post-types-under-tabs-in-settings-menu/) given in this forum for tabbing CPTs it refers to new AdminPageFramework_TabNavigationBar but I can’t find any documentation for it.
Suggestions?
