# documentation bug?

 * it says
 * “The register_post hook is located in wp-login.php”
 * Nevertheless I could not find the hook in that file. I tried looking elsewhere
   and could not find it.
 * Either I am doing something wrong – please send me on the right path
 * Or please point me to where the hook really is.

 * It hasn’t been updated since Feb 2013 🙂 The codex is editable by anyone.
