 * We have the plugin installed and from its description
 * ‘Control User Operations: You can control users operations in Shortcode. You 
   can set operations for your users (upload, download etc).’
 * How do I do this, we have it set up on a page as

   TVPP” hide=”plugins” operations=”upload,download,copy,paste,edit,rename,cut” 
   block_users=”” view=”grid” theme=”light” lang =”en”login=”yes” hide=”plugins”]
 * It uses **operations=”upload,download,copy,paste,edit,rename,cut”** to say what
   logied in users can do. Where is a list of these ‘operasions’ and it is posible
   to set there of a user/group basis?
