    Hi there, I see your a premium member. if you could please email us at support@smartypantsplugins.com with your login information we could handle this right away.

    I have this problem too, but now that I’ve installed the premium version with all the fancy plugins I bought with it (dropbox, sub projects, productivity suite), the browse button does nothing so i can’t upload from my computer and dropbox gives me an error code of {“error”: “Origin does not match any app domain”} so i can’t upload from there either.

    I think I”m missing a seriously important setup step.

    I also installed the additional plugins that your instructions mentioned, “Theme my Login”, “Cimy User Extra Fields” (you typo’d Cimy in your instructions btw, just thought you’d want to know, on the wordpress dashboard for your plugin) and the “Ajax Login”. Is there somewhere you’ve posted how you want all the features for these plugins to be set up to work properly?

    I hate being lost and having to nag. Thanks for your help!
