Document Permissions for Individual Clients

Hi,

I use WP Document Revisions for a medical client who uploads files for their clients and patients to view. I’ve used the Roles plugin as well to ensure that documents can only be viewed by clients they’ve been assigned to. That works perfectly!

However, when a user logs in and clicks Documents, they are still able to see a list of ALL files (they are not able to view them – but they see this list). This is a privacy issue…can you please help me figure out how to make users only see their own documents and no one else’s when they click Documents?
