# Document not found

 * I am having some trouble with some documents that I recently uploaded to my site.
   I have unchecked the downloadable by non-members box and show social apps boxes
   for the documents and then copied the download link to the page and pasted it
   as the link URL.
 * Only 1 of the documents that I added can be downloaded, the others bring up the
   following error message, “Memphis Documents Error: 2_RiskSource_Cybr_Safety.pdf
   was not found, please contact the owner for assistance.”
 * Are you able to explain what’s going on and how I can fix this?

 * check the mdocs upload folder and see if you can see that file. You docs upload
   folder can be found where you upload normally to WordPress in the mdocs/ folder.
