# Document not appearing?

 * I am no longer seeing the document on the page (even though it was working previously).
   I noticed also that I am not able to see the document on the GDE page either….
   [http://www.davistribe.org/gde/](http://www.davistribe.org/gde/) I’m viewing 
   the site on Firefox/Mac. Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks for your help.
   This plugin was precisely what I needed when it was working!
 * p.s. I tried to submit this support request through the plugin setting page as
   requested, but the submit button kept churning without ever showing it was sent.

 * Please try clearing your browser cache and any Google account related cookies(
   or sign out and if desired, back in to your Google account).
 * The plugin didn’t change, and presumably your document didn’t change… 😉 so it
   will probably be addressed locally on your own computer. See the [Notes](http://www.davistribe.org/gde/notes/)
