Document Links

Is there a plug-in that facilitates the upload and posting of documents for download in pages and posts.

Basically, I would like to have documents such as PDFs and DOCs in a table or list on a page for viewers to download for reference.

I have performed a few searches and have not come across anything that seems to do this.
