Docs uploaded to Job Manager can be seen to people not logged in

We have an Ultimate Member website and registered members are the only ones able to see our ‘job listings’ area. However, when they click on a document posted on a ‘job’ page, and it opens in a new window, it can be viewed by anyone with the link.

How can we secure the wp-content/uploads/job-manager-uploads folder so items can only be viewable by registered users? Or, can we make a login redirect for people who are not logged in when they try to view anything in that folder?
