Do you offer support? Date field/categories

Is it possible to remove the calendar from the Date field so that this can be only text? I’d like to change this data field to a city.

Is there a shortcode to display only one category from the portfolio so that its displayed in the same styling as the portfolio rather than a list of posts? I tried [filterable-portfolio-mycategory] and that didn’t work.

Note: this is a development site and is currently only available by password.
