    Hi there,

    I may need the following 3 functions about this form maker, can you help me to do it? If so, I will definitively buy your product:

    1. The answers of the next question could be depend on the answers of previous question, like I should let customer to choose car make first, and then let them choose the car model.

    2. Once the customer submit the results, can it be automatically added to the table and generate the figure?

    3. The customer could come to my website to vote couple of times, and can these results be put together, like in the output table in the same row?

    Is it possible to modify a little bit to realize these function, especially the first one. I think it should be easy, like the “switch” function in C language. Thank you.
