Do users need to login twice?

    I just started using this plugin today, when I try to login as user, I have to login at least twice, once in Submit Ticket page and once in My Tickets page.
    Normally, for My Tickets page, after I login once, it’ll stay logged in for the whole session, but for Submit Ticket page, even after I logged in once, if I change to other pages and go back to the page again, it’ll ask me to login again.
    This is frustrating as I can’t seem to find the settings to change any of this.
    Would appreciate it if anyone can provide a fix for this problem, because this plugin is really nice and I don’t want to give up using it because of this issue.

    Hi @dreammyz4632,

    It looks like there might be a conflict with another plugin/theme. Do you have another plugin that handles logins? Please try to deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme temporarily to check which theme/plugin might cause the conflict.
