Do this plugin assign numbered member ID to better control of user by number?

    Do this plugin assign an ID number to users?
    this would be good to better control of user by using a number ID as a reference?
    Also I think would be useful to avoid expose user names in the system and for a more precise user search in extensive lists.
    User ID number would give me a more serious appearance when dealing with costumers.
    Some tips?
    or someone knows a plugin for assign user ID number ?
