    Bought three of their commercial addons -- close to $300 -- and have not had any response to a support ticket I submitted 5 days ago.

    Even free plugins provide better support than that!

    I will not ever recommend WooCommerce again.

    that is funny, Travis :) -- Ryan, I actually sent an email to WooCommerce with ticket number inquiring why I hadn't received any response to my ticket after 4 days. Did get a quick response from someone that apologized and said she would make sure someone provided support. After another day and a half, I did get some help. But total wait time was 5 1/2 days. I'm sure that is not normal wait time for WooCommerce support.

    anyway, thanks for jumping in here and trying to help.

    Glad someone got to you eventually, and I promise 5.5 days is not our normal response time. You shouldn't have experienced that.

    Around that time we were on our WooTrip2013, all of us traveling to meet up in one place. Our support responses actually improved around that time though, since our entire company was working in support. If you run into delays like this again, please email us at help@woothemes.com or tweet us @woosupport with your ticket number. We'll be sure to find it and get it taken care of. :)

    Rarely do I read a one star review that makes me choose to use that product!
