Do rework is required on site if theme is changed ?

    I am in the middle of constructing an art based site. I would like to know that if I switch the current theme (Virtue) to WP themes
    (twenty fifteen or twenty thirteen) do I have to rework on complete site. Could I go back to earlier one (Virtue) after switching to above mentioned themes.

    Your current widget settings and theme’s custom setting will not be available on new theme.You have to redo them manually.If you go back to the earlier theme the settings will be restored,don’t worry about that.By the way I would like to recommend you to take backup of your work before you make any change if you feel there is a chance of losing data.
