Hello there!

I have 17 thousand users. I want to remove those who have not logged in for 30 days. I have installed the “Simple Login Log” plugin for about 2 months. But when I choose to delete users who have not visited the last 30 days, nothing is found.

If you simply delete users, the plugin works.

Tell me how to fix the problem?

Hello @altkmv,

Please check the table created by the Simple Login Log plugin to see if there is actually a log of all the users who logged in.

Hello @altkmv,

Thanks for sending the screenshot. The Simple Login Logs seems to be present.

Can you let me know the values that you have selected in the different filters while trying to delete the users?

Thanks for providing us with the screenshots.

We traced the issue to an existing bug that surfaces based on how deletion works in batches.

The existing bug is documented at https://github.com/bulk-wp/bulk-delete/issues/511

We will provide you an update once the issue is resolved.
