 * I use theme Sparkling. I have installed and activated Bootstrap Panels but after
   drag and drop panels widget I do not see heading and content fields. I only see
   title field and three checkboxes.

 * I have tested it with wordpress 4.2.2 and its working fine, maybe some theme 
   conflict.
