• I purchased this ACF plugin this morning because I have hundreds of empty fields for two ACF fields I created and do not relish the thought of manually entering the new fields one by one.

Although other people give this plugin rave reviews, it simply does not work if you are looking to update existing ACF fields on posts.

I spent seven hours trying to get it to work by changing a host of configurations and nothing worked. I could have simply entered the data manually during that time.

The plugin might work well if you’re uploading posts and websites for the first time but it most definitely does not work for ACF field updates.

People are raving about the support but I did not experience that. If you can wait, perhaps, for 24 hours, for help, then maybe it’s great. I simply can’t do that.

The support team at Advanced Custom Fields, on the other hand, is fantastic. Alas, after I presented my issues to them with this plugin, they told me that AllImport is the only one that can upload updates via CSV or XML.

It works with Advanced Custom Fields.

That’s why the people who make Advanced Custom Fields told you that.

That’s why there are tons of reviews saying so.

Maybe there is a fringe bug that’s affecting you specifically – anything is possible. But most likely, you’re doing something wrong, and our support team can help you.

Our support specialists have tons of WordPress experience, tons of ACF experience, and have helped hundreds (if not thousands) of people with ACF related questions.
