 * Their support is terrible, billing policies are deceptive and the plugin itself
   is lacking when compared to other builders such as Elementor.

    I can see that you had opened a ticket related
   to renewal refund. Our system had emailed you regarding auto-renewal 30 days 
   prior to it. As no action was taken to cancel the subscription, it was auto-renewed.
