We want to clarify that we did deliver on our promises, providing you with an LTD that you’ve been able to use for over one and a half years now. We’re committed to offering value and quality service to all our users.
It seems there might be a misunderstanding regarding the limitations of the LTD. It’s designed to meet certain monthly quotas, and if your needs have exceeded that, it could be the cause of the issues you’re facing.
While we understand the importance of expressing opinions, we also value accuracy. It would be helpful if reviews accurately reflect the experiences of our users.

My rule no.1 as an entrepreneur is not to waste time. I bought something from you, I made a deal with you and you did not respect it. I’ve sent you a couple of emails to solve my issue, and your Josh guy was very annoying. Your tool solved some of my problems, and because of that, I will give you 1 star and not a 0 star.
I really hate wasting my time with people that do not respect a deal. Those kind of people and businesses should dissappear.
I recommend changing your business principles and respecting a deal when it’s done, and it will bring you more value.
