• Do yourself a favor and stick with V1. V2 is barely functional. I would like to hear from the developers how long they plan to keep V1 around. I think you will find most people will want to revert once they try V2. If you can’t commit to keeping something like V1 around, someone is going to come up with an alternative plugin and all your users will use that one instead.

    Hi @lukobe

Sorry to hear you feel like that.

We don’t have an estimated time to close the V1 version, the v2 is just a fresh engine, could you please let us know what is not working well in the V2?

The v2 has a different approach and as with any new tech it may take some time for to people get used to and the new features to be implemented, but it also allows us now to keep improving the plugin.

I won’t go over the issues everyone else has been reporting. But thank you for the information, I think, that eventually V1 will be sunset. Oh, by the way, your company’s policy of not allowing us to delete our newly created accounts is not a good look.

I reminded them about GDPR and that they are required by international law to delete all user data upon request. I ended up changing the email in my newly created Hub account to something fake and it was accepted. As when I first created my Hub account they didn’t bother to verify the new email.

We can only hope someone forks this plugin. V1 was perfect for many peoples needs. Why fix something that wasn’t broken?

    Hi @sean-h

I reminded them about GDPR and that they are required by international law to delete all user data upon request.

That’s correct, it says about personal data which can be removed and the account anonymized, for this, you can contact our account team from https://wpmudev.com/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
