    Do not update to 3.0!!!
    Updating from 2.9 to 3.0 makes you to lose your settings and removes all of the fields from the checkout page!

    Till 2.9 it used to be a great plugin (does what it promises, really easy to configure)

    All fields are gone from check out. This plugin has ruined my shop!

    Even when I disable there are no address fields
