• Ninja Forms does not honour lifetime license agreements! When pressed, they simply ignore your e-mails. Wasted a lot of money. No refund and lifetime license revoked.

I can guarantee that this is not something that our team would do.
Can you email support@ninjaforms.com, so I can address the serious issue that you are claiming happened?

I can guarantee that this is something your team does.
I have sent many e-mails and been in communication with both River and yourself. Case Ref 11465.

I was able to find the ticket you are referencing. The lifetime license that you mentioned was for Caldera Forms, not for Ninja Forms. Since Caldera Forms, is being sunset, we offered to give you an Agency membership for Ninja Forms for free. The Agency Membership is $499 which is more than the price that was paid for the Caldera Forms license ($399.99)

@jmcelhaney I see no need for moderator intervention here. I think you addressed the issue properly.

Caldera Forms was purchased by Ninja Forms, and in that move you took over all contracts and obligations. Within a few months of purchase you sunset Caldera because you claimed your software does ‘pretty much the same thing’ but at a higher price and that you will no longer support the software I paid for. Yet you want $2500 for a lifetime license.

You offered to give 12 months free to every user to entice everyone on a subscription to switch over instead of someone forking Caldera themselves. I’m not on a subscription, I have a lifetime license. This is a terrible offer.

The support is just absolutely terrible.

Over a month has gone by, and Ninja is still stubborn as always. I can only recommend to stay away and go with another form. Alternatively, they have given the right to fork Caldera Forms, so I guess that’s always an option too. I’ve got everything needed for that. Always good to have some competition in the market I guess…
