    Hi deniso. The option you selected will remove the posts in the Featured Image slider from the main content area. If you want to remove the actual Featured Posts slider you can use this css:

    #flexslider-featured {
      display: none;
    }

    Hi bdbrown, tks for your reply, maybe you misunderstood my idea, I want to remove featured posts below the slider as you see in http://saigonaqua.com/, now my home page so long, it take long time for loading.

    Many thank.

    Sorry. Check Theme Options > Blog > Featured Posts, and make sure “Include featured posts in content area” is not checked.

    I don’t see any of the four Featured Posts in the content on the home page. Are they somewhere other than the main content area? Or perhaps you’re referring to the posts with the star icons on them? Those are “sticky” posts and they will always be on the home page before any more recent posts.

    If you check your site using GTmetrix or Pingdom you’ll see what’s causing a delay in the load time.

    They will stay on the home page as long as they are “sticky”.
