Redirect only if no referrer

    Hi,
    Is it possible to redirect to a URL only if the referrer is empty?

    I tried to use “URL and referrer” with Referrer: .* via regex.
    Matched Target: empty
    Unmatched Target: https://www.target.com

    It doesn’t redirect to https://www.target.com when there’s no referrer?
