    Hi,

I am testing my quote forms. When I fill in a form, I do not get an email stating I did so. Also, the admin does not get a notification that a Quote Request was entered. I have even used different emails.

I watch and read your support video and doc and there is no real breakdown of how “notification” should be filled out correctly. Any additional documentation on this or tips?

Plus: When I test it on my phone it doesn’t work on my phone – it keeps telling me to enter a valid email, no matter what email I enter. I cannot get passed this message.

If you’re not getting any emails, there is something going on in your WordPress installation. You just need to put in your admin address, the message to be able to send notifications to admins.
Email field checks for valid emails. Email validation does not change based on the device you use. It is hard to know without debugging what the issue is. We cannot reproduce them in our installation. Check out the site logs to see if there is an error or warning.

Hi, through troubleshooting I used two plugins “test my email” and “WP Mail SMTP” both shows that my admin email work. I had many people test the form from their different mobiles and issues keeps popping up about their emails not being accepted. I have run out of time troubleshooting and decided to move on to another plugin. The new plugin I am using works on mobile devices.

Thanks for answering but I just cannot get your plugin to work.
    Cheers.

Thanks for reporting the issue you had.
Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the issue both trying iphone and android based devices using chrome and safari browsers. In both devices we were able submit requests with and without attachments.

I think your site has a configuration or third party plugin or theme conflicting with our plugin. In addition, I have to mention that if a field required and user does not fill it in, the form does not submit. I am not saying that it is the case for you but it exists.
