• Very unhelpful customer support. They will take the money and then stop the service. Do understand that they want to try to avoid spam but make it impossible for genuine business to function. Not a good company to deal with. They don’t even have phone support and responses you get are from bots with real people name.

While we don’t offer phone assistance, our email-based support model allows us to troubleshoot thoroughly and loop in the right team members when needed.
