• I’ve purchased their pricing table plugin since January, since then I’ve encountered endless issues that I was so stressful and couldn’t have peace of mind for months due to their flawed plugin, the developer Alam always put the blame back at me before reading thru my message describing the problem and that I had followed his instruction asking me to hard clear cache to see changes. I mean, the main user who need to see my pricing table is not myself, is my visitors, my prospects & clients, his advice is useless because he’s expecting my visitors will hard clear cache voluntarily when they’re visiting my website.

I’ve given him all the chances that he need to solve his troublesome plugin. Looking back at the chat history with him, every month since January till May, I had to deal with these stressful issues that is out of my control every single month (except in April, I finally have a peaceful month in April), the issue came back again in May. Every time when this plugin is acting up again, I have to risk my reputation because my visitors will be seeing this ugly and distorted pricing table due to this flawed plugin.

I had followed all the workaround that he instructed me to do, and he claimed that is my problem, I had followed everything but it did not help:

    1. He asked me to uninstall Cloudflare cache plugin, which I did, but it did not help to solve this pricing table plugin issue.
    2. He asked me to clear cache from WP admin whenever his pricing table is going thru new releases, I did too but it did not solve the issue.
    3. He kept asking me to hard clear cache from my computer to see the pricing table go back to normal, I did, but this doesn’t solve the root cause because I cannot expect my website visitors to voluntarily hard clear cache to see a normal pricing table.

If I have an option to even post evidence of what I had go thru via screenshots or videos, I would be gladly share it here to warn whoever that is considering this pricing table plugin.

This is my honest reviews after 4 months++ being a guinea pig for Realwebcare on their pricing table plugin, because most of the time the developer did not know what is the root cause that’s why this issue has been going circle for months.

This esteemed client purchased our pricing table plugin in January of this year. A few days later, she mentioned a problem that the changes made to the plugin design in the admin panel were not being reflected on the website. I requested access to the admin panel from her. When I checked, I found that she was using three caching plugins there. However, Cloudflare was not actually performing any tasks because it was not set up. So I asked her to remove Cloudflare. But the problem did not lie with Cloudflare, as she was not using it at all. She was troubled by the other two cache plugins. Whenever any updates were made in the admin panel, she had to clear the cache to see those updates on the website.

Unfortunately, she had no knowledge about cache matters. I tried my best to explain the subject to them from my side. It is natural to become confused if one does not have a complete understanding of caching. After that, she contacted me several more times regarding the same issue. The reason the problem persisted every time was that she was not clearing the cache. After clearing the cache, the issue was resolved, and she accepted it. However, it’s possible that her confusion was not completely eliminated.

In the meantime, I release a new version of the plugin. Unfortunately, despite thorough checking, a small bug managed to slip through, which I failed to notice. When the esteemed client brings up the issue, my initial thought was that she might have encountered the same cache problem once more. However, shortly afterward, I realize that the mistake was on my part. I promptly rectify it and provide the solution within a few minutes.

Now the client becomes extremely upset! She perceive the entire issue as our problem. In truth, only this last problem was due to our error. Prior to that, every time she raised an issue, it was primarily because of her limited knowledge about cache matters. I have all the conversations on WhatsApp. I don’t know why she is trying to lump everything together. The plugin is now functioning perfectly on her website.

Sometimes, we find ourselves in situations where we are blamed for something even when we are not at fault. It happens to everyone in life, and it feels the same for me. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the last update. But, I have provided a solution quickly. And, this is the first issue caused by the plugin. Then also, I have already mentioned that if there is any problem with my plugin afterward, she will receive a full refund. Can’t I expect that from her? One person should understand another person; that’s how it should be.
