• I purchased this plugin, but had issues getting it working. Support assisted me in getting it up and running, but during an update of the plugin, the whole backend of our website was really slow and unusable. I disabled all plugins except for Gift Cards for Woocommerce Pro (the free version of the plugin was still active) and it was still slow. Once I disabled Gift Cards for Woocommerce Pro plugin it was back to normal again. Support made some changes to the plugin after which our backend was operating at normal speed. I did ask them about which changes they made as it was done one our test clone site, but they just replied with copy the plugin from your test site to your live site, which I did. With the next upgrade of the plugin it happened again and support did not want to let me know which changes they had made. I downgraded the plugin, but for some reason that did not help (I suspect because I lost the extra code that they put in), so I ended up with a slow backend again and had to disable the plugin. Support now want to charge us for fixing it again and probably charge us for every future update as well. I don’t think this is fair as I’m paying for a subscription and expect issues to be fixed. I have now cancelled my subscription and will look elsewhere. I also find it strange that all reviews for all their pro plugins are 5 stars…..
