• Re: membership for woocommerce. Seems like a great service but I am asking for a refund because, despite spending four days trying to get it to work, my customer still can’t get access to restricted pages. I will rewrite this review if I get help to figure this out. I will continue to advertise with my 3K followers on Twitter and FB that this company should be avoided. Customer service is kind but they still don’t seem to understand my request that I continue to make. I have bought this in good faith and now request a refund.

    Please don’t misguide with wrong things. As per conversation we have checked and there is no any issue with the plugin. The issue was the setup you have done wrong and the existing pages within the plugin you have deleted.
    Still as a team we have helped and fixed all things properly and also made one test order for the proof to check and verify this

    We have also said that if you have any further issues, we are ready for help or meeting so we can guide you with the setup and your general queries and still we are waiting for the response
