Do not pay for this plugin

Do not buy this plugin and make the same mistake I did!!!

While support is good, they find 1000 reasons not to process a refund, pushing you to make customizations to the plugin to get basic styling and a simple 3 level hierachy. After going back and forth, they said they will not refund me – so this is wasted money, all the while there are much better options out there. Read the Refund Policy first, and make 100% sure the plugin can do what you need before you pay for it.

This was my last email to them, after which they rejected my refund request.

While we understand that some features may technically exist in limited form, the actual implementation is far too restrictive for our use case – and despite reassurances that the plugin allows for flexible customization and seamless page builder use, that has not been our experience.

To recap:

• We are unable to properly customize sub-pages and articles within Elementor. The widget only supports top-level docs, and even then, customization is extremely limited.
• There is no built-in way to remove the default template content that appears alongside what we build – again, relying on custom CSS workarounds, which defeats the purpose of a no-code solution.
• Icons cannot be added to tabs or category titles without custom development.
• Typography and layout control are not intuitive and require overrides that go beyond what a non-technical user or content team should need to manage.

We’ve invested time exploring every available setting and support response, and still cannot achieve the structure or styling flexibility needed.
