I installed the plugin, found its settings under the main WP settings as described. Login/logout button was added to the menu.

Then I logged out and logged in again… and the settings have disappeared. The plugin is not in my plugins list so I can’t remove it, and there isn’t even a folder in the plugins a folder. Now I am stuck with this login button I can”t even remove.
