• This might unfortunately be an issue with plugins not playing nicely. But I thought I would start here since the message is clearly related to the Members plugin.

Numerous users of our website are reporting this issue, and it happens on a regular basis. First thing in the morning, they’ll go to our website and hit the login button. They enter their username and password and instead of being taken to the members portion of the site, they get a message that says:

“Sorry, you do not have permission to view this content.” I know that message is displayed by the Members plugin.

I do have W3 Super Cache installed, but I have excluded all of the pages that are protected by the Members plugin.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

    Thanks
