• I have seen this issue pop up from 1 to 3 years ago. I have it now and none of the fixes that I have found work. Every time I go to the theme options, I get the “you do not have sufficient permission to change this page”. This leaves me with no way to edit the theme. Does anyone have a fix?

  • That’s a bad theme or plugin. Try:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thanks, but I tried this with no success. I agree that the Mandingo theme is not very good.
