  • This plugin does not work for me at all.
    I had been using this plugin for my site in order to allow my customers to track their service orders.
    However, since last month (Most probably after their last update) this plugin does not work for properly for me.

    I have tried contacting them for support multiple times, but they never agree that their plugin has issues, even after sending them multiple screenshots and requesting them to fix it as it’s been hampering my business, they do not bother to give me a proper response.

    Tracking is a very very important functionality for any business. But it is not at all recommended to rely on such a buggy plugin to do this important job. Also, do not expect any support from them.

    Hi jingyansu,

    Sorry that you’re having trouble with the plugin. We understand it can be frustrating. That being said, to say, “do not expect any support from them,” is a little farfetched. One look at all the reviews for all of our plugins and one can understand that we pride ourselves on offering quick and helpful support. You’ve written us 19 emails and we’ve responded to every single one of them. We’ve offered up numerous suggestions as to what the issue might be related to. There is no bug in the current version of the plugin that makes it just stop working all together. We’ve had no other mention of this from any other user. We never said there was no issue on your end, just that the issue has to be related to something else on your end (either a changed setting, a new plugin, a plugin update, a change made at the hosting level, a change to the database, etc.).

    Your most recent queries involved the double menu in the admin, which we explained was because you have a sales rep assigned to your admin account, and about the “headers already sent” message, which we also explained (e.g. can happen because the plugin wasn’t deleted before you installed it again, or remaining/conflicting database entries, or whitespace in the PHP of another plugin that you installed since the last time you installed our plugin). You responded without addressing our reply and just saying fix it. We’ve been trying from your very first message to help you fix it, but that’s difficult if we don’t receive a reply about our suggestions to you and can’t troubleshoot further.

    As said in the email, I have been trying to follow all your steps. However, you must understand that your plugin is acting real crazy right after activating. I mean it is just jumping to the top, whatever option i click on your plugin. Also, the UI part looks distorted, not the way they are supposed to me.

    Please also note that I have not installed any new plugin on my site for months. So, there is a very little chance that any new plugin conflicting with yours. Thank you for your offer to help me fix this issue as it is hampering my business heavily. Hopefully, we can fix it soon.
