    Hi @christianmagi,

I don’t see values of over 2,000 visits for any of the months that you’ve been historically connected to Jetpack. However, I do see that you didn’t have any data collected for March and none for April yet.

Did you add anything new to your site in that time? A new plugin or a new or updated version of your theme? It sounds to me like something is interfering with our stats JavaScript. Please see the “The Stats feature is active, but no visits are being recorded anymore” section in the FAQ section of our documentation here:

    Hi Jen,

thank you for your reply and for trying to help me out here.,

The wp_footer() mentioned in the help file ist not the problem, it is there. Since it stopped working I sureley activated some plugins. But this was after it stopped working.

What else could I check? Really, don’t know what it could be.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi @christianmagi,

Unfortunately we don’t have access to your older activity log to see if you have installed or updated something that might be clashing with the Stats Module.

My best advice is to try temporarily deactivating all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way? You may want to deactivate the plugin one by one every one or two days, to see if stats resume. If it works, then you know which plugin might be causing the issue.

Another test you can do is to rule out any conflict with your theme – if that’s been updated recently. Also in this case, try to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Sixteen and see if the problem persists? You’re welcome to use the Theme Switcha plugin to do that:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-switcha/

This plugin lets you change themes without it affecting the way users see your site.

Hope that helps! Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks!
