I liked the free version, and I wanted a checkout field editor. The FAQs are misleading- you CANNOT edit the checkout fields. After spending days trying to fix this with their customer support, Codexpert decided that checkout fields editor is a “new feature request” and so I don’t get a refund. Wasted my time and money on this lousy product.
To be clear we have the feature to edit checkout fields but you have requested another feature that is not available right now. That’s why we told you that it is a new feature request. Please do not spread false information about the product. Please see the attachment below-
Also, this forum is for free users only. The feature you shared is in the premium version. So, this post is misleading. If you have any issues with the premium product, please contact our support. We’d love to help you with your queries.
The feature I asked is simply to ensure that logged in users don’t have to sign in on the checkout page again. Codesigner does not support this basic function. I had to post here because I don’t have an option to provide feedback for the Pro version. I have been mailing your support but they could not resolve it(as you are clearly aware). If I had read reviews for the Pro version, especially for the Checkout editor, I would not have paid for it.
I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Our support team worked hard to assist you with your various concerns during the month. They investigated the checkout log-in issue you mentioned and found no evidence of this sort of problem when checking.
Moreover, This kind of information may mislead the free users and frustrates the existing users as well. The issue you faced may occur for other reasons.

I remember you did your best, but the final solution I was given was to purchase another widget from Codexpert to manage the Checkout fields by user status. I am unable to see the video you have shared here. I am attaching a screenshot of my request and the response to prove that I have tried resolving it with your support prior to posting here- I am not here to mislead anyone. By your responses here, it is your team that’s trying to mislead people.
That’s why we provided you with another solution. Maybe you’re upset by this. We sincerely apologize for it. You are free to request the desired functionality to our support.
