do not buy, no support what so ever

Imagine it stops working, you paid for year of support, right? Yep, nope , no support at all. Automated system creates support ticket, auto email to you and that’s it. No live person, no following up with email, nothing. In the meantime nobody can buy your tickets. I advise to look for some other plugin or a ticketing portal that you can embed into your wordpress, or if its simple use WPforms, you can create simple ticketing via them. We used them last year and it worked perfectly, not as slick as this plugin but again if this breaks….well you out of luck
