    Hi,

I’m new to this plugin. Seems great but I’m not seeing anything pop up on the free version anywhere on the shop or in single products. Do I need to pay before it works?

    Regards,

    A

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please ensure you’ve enabled 2 options in the “General” settings tab so the plugin works on both desktop and mobile.

Please send me screenshots of your “plugin “Products” settings tab and the site URL you’re encountering the problem

    Best regards.

Hi, I have enabled those options before I wrote the post here.

I’m using lightspeed cache to improve page load. Could this be the issue?

    URL = https://thezen.one/shop

    Thanks,

    A

I don’t think it’s cache issue. Can you send me screenshot of plugin settings? Just to check General and Product tabs

I can’t seem to upload screenshots here.

But I turned on the two options on Product Detail tab and now it shows inside the product detail. It shows just once is that correct? If I browse to a different product after dismissing it, nothing shows. Is that by design?

Also am I right in understanding I need the premium version to display the pop up on a page of my choose? Does this allow me to select a specific product to show on that page as a pop up? Does the premium allow several pop ups to to appear (one after the other) or is the plugin limited to showing just one and that’s it?

    Thanks in advance.

If you enabled close icon, you may also need to check the time assigned here: https://prnt.sc/-koQ9hjg6D5m

In the pro version, there’s Conditional tag function to show the notification on pages you want.

To show notification of specific product, it’s this option (in the free version, you can select 2 products): https://prnt.sc/xGTI1u2EC3Hi This option will apply to all notification.

But you may use this option altogether, it’ll show notification of products in the same category of the customer’s current viewed product: https://prnt.sc/iJ-CUZChINeu

For several notification, our plugin can show notification one after another, it’s in the “Time” settings tab – please regard this documentation. However, there’s still one notification at a time.

I’ve purchased the premium version. Thanks for you help. Now I need to figure out how displaying on pages work.

    Thanks for your help

    Thank you for your purchase.

For how to show notification on specific pages, it’s the Conditional tag function in the “Assign” settings tab. Other than the first 3 options to enable notification on only Home/Cart/Checkout page, you may visit this instruction for some common tags that could be used in the 4th input field.

If there’s anything you need assistance regarding our plugin, please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. We’ll be checking shortly. This forum is for free users only.

    Thanks for your help.

Last question. Is it possible to have different instances configured for different pages? As an example on woocommerce product pages I would like to display the specific product being browsed. Then on tags display one specific product on a landing page.

    Hi,

At the moment, this function is not available. But we’ve taken it to consideration and will look into it in the future. Hopefully it can be built. Thank you for the idea.
