I’ve been using the free version of Mail Poet for a while now. I currently have a little under 300 subscribers to my newsletters. Not a whole lot, but I sure wish they would all actually receive my newsletters. I just read an interesting article on “Why You Should Never Use WordPress to Send Newsletter Emails“. At the end, the author states:
If you must use a WordPress newsletter plugin, then only use MailPoet. Remember, deliverability is still an issue and even MailPoet understand that which is why they allow you to use third-party SMTP services like SendGrid (which cost money).
So my question is, how can I get MailPoet to use a third-party SMTP service? Will paying for a Premium automatically do this? Is there another option?
Thanks in advances
