Do I need the ID or not?

    It’s allowed to use the shortcode without ID if you only use 1 form.

    Keep in mind that if you later want to use multiple forms it might be a hassle to add the ID’s everywhere and keep everything neat. Therefore my advice is to still add the ID just to be sure, but it’s totally up to you.
