Do I need a separate license for a staging website?

    Hi there,

    I am using a free OceanWP theme now and considering buying a Core Extensions Bundle.

    Will the Personal plan be OK for this kind of a workflow?

    1. I have a live site at a live domain https://www.happynenia.com.ua
    2. Sometimes I use a staging domain to test new features: https://www.happynenya.pp.ua

    I develop my websites on hosting servers, not locally. I use test domains to host the websites that are being developed.

    Can I use one Personal plan’s license for both — a live site and a staging site? Or do I need a separate license for a staging website?

    Hello, no because your staging site will be seen as another site as you will have a different url, but what you can do is very simple, when a update is needed, just go to Theme Panel, disable your licenses on your live site and activate them on your staging site, test everything, then do the same process on your live site 🙂
