    Hello everyone,

first of all: Thank you for this great theme! It looks awesome!

I’d love to use it for my photo blog, but I have a question:
Is it really necessary to use to “projects” instead of a normal post for the portfolio page?

If yes, could you explain me why this is better than using posts?
My blog runs for a few years, and I have more than 150 posts already.

    This would cause two issues:
    – I’d need to convert every existing post into projects. This would take a lot of time and would delete the original date
    – The URL structure would change from synapsee.com/YYYY/MM/DD/title to synapsee.com/portfolio/title

Do I really have to do this to use the theme or are there any other solutions for this?

Thank you very much in advance,
    Synapsee

To use the Portfolio feature in Sketch, the posts would have to be converted to projects, but you can use a Post Type Switcher/converter plugin to do that with little pain.

One other idea would be to use the standard blog layout to show your posts. You could easily assign a new category, or categories, to them all and then add category menu items to your main menu.
