Do I have to be logged in to my WordPress dashboard to use this?

So, I have to be logged into /mydomain/wp-login.php and then in Lively Chat in order to use this? I thought there was a way where I could just go to my website and log in or something and use it from that view. The little thing in Livey Chat where you can see who is visiting your website is too small to notice. I hope there is a better way to be alerted than to log in to WP every time. I’ll never get customers like this lmao.
