Do all WordPress themes work well with mobile devices?

    I am new to WordPress, and as I shop around for a theme, I’m wondering if there are differences between them in how well they function on mobile devices. If so, are they clearly marked as being suitable or unsuitable for mobile? Thanks!

    Most websites are viewable in most smartphones.

    For fixed width layout, users need to zoom in to read text, the whole site will be a scaled down version as if you are using a small screen computer.

    For Responsive design, the layout width responses to device width. Users can read text without zooming in.
