DNS – Website for everyone down

    Hi there,

    my name is Roderik and Iam the owner of the Website http://www.blackmountainheritage.com.
    Yesterday we started with our Onlineshop and everything works fine even today at lunchtime. I didnt changed anything but now the website is offline DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN is shown. I googled it and it says, it is a local problem, but it isnt. All visitors cannot reach website. I cannot even use my email account. Everything is broken.
    Can someone help me?

    Can you contact the company that is hosting your website?
    -or-
    Can you contact the company where you purchased your domain name?
    “blackmountainheritage.com”

    ask about any recent changes to domain name settings that *might* be interfering with website display and email account

    Hi,

    As you said, this is a DNS issue. DNS issues may be caused by changes on your domain name or hosting server. This is totally unrelated to WordPress, and there’s not much we can do to help you here.

    Just for your information, there’s been a recent update on the DNS of your domain name, as seen from the screenshot below:
